2 c. chicken or turkey (diced)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
1 (#303) can asparagus tips (drained)
1 green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 scant c. mayonnaise
1 c. mushroom pieces
1/2 c. grated cheese

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
