MOSTACCIOLI SALAD 
1 lb. mostaccioli macaroni
3 drops yellow food color
1/2 c. salad oil

Cook macaroni according to package instructions adding the food color to cooking water. Drain, cool, pour oil over cooked macaroni.

Blend the following ingredients:

1 1/2 c. white vinegar or wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 or 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic

Pour blended dressing over macaroni. Add one chopped cucumber and one chopped onion. Refrigerate overnight.
