ALMOND BARK | |
2 lb. vanilla almond bark (white chocolate) 2 c. chunky peanut butter 2 c. mini marshmallows 3 c. regular Captain Crunch cereal 3 c. Rice Krispies cereal 1 c. dry roasted peanuts Heat chocolate in saucepan over rapidly boiling water until melted. Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat; add marshmallows, cereals and peanuts. Drop teaspoonfuls onto wax papered cookie sheets. Put in freezer 8-10 minutes or until solidified. Makes 5 dozen. |
