PUMPKIN PIE 
16 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. Bisquick
8 pkg. Equal
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in blender or mixer for 1-2 minutes. Pour into unbaked pie shell (9 or 10 inch). Bake at 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until center is puffed up. Yield: 6 pieces.

Exchange: 1 piece = 2 starch, 1 meat, and 1 fat (1 teaspoon sugar).
