SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella, divided
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
3/4 tsp. oregano
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars of spaghetti sauce
1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 c. water

Mix cheeses, spinach, and oregano. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of noodles and 1/2 of spinach cheese mixture. Next sauce, then noodles, and rest of cheese spinach mixture. Sprinkle with reserved Mozzarella. Pour 1 cup water over all. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The layers will even out as they bake.
