FRIED APPLES AND ONIONS 
3 yellow onions
3 tart apples
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. oil

Slice apples about 1/4 inch thick. Slice onions as thin as possible. Cook onions in oil for about 3 minutes over medium high heat. Cover with apple slices in an even layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add rosemary. Cover skillet and cook until tender, a few minutes more. Stir just to prevent scorching.
