STUFFED EGGS AND CRAB MEAT 
6 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
Paprika to taste
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crab meat
1/2 c. chopped celery
Dash Tabasco sauce

Cut eggs in half, crosswise, remove yolks. Mash and combine ingredients. Fill whites and sprinkle with paprika. Yields 12.
