8 slices bread, diced 1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained 2 c. mild cheddar cheese 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 dozen eggs 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 2/3 c. milk Mix eggs, salt, milk, mustard and cream of mushroom soup. Layer bread, sausage, cheese and egg mixture in 9"x13" pan. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 12. I use ground turkey and Egg Beaters. Serve with juice, sweet rolls and coffee. |
