6 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cube bread and put in buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Brown sausage, drain well. Put on top of bread. Put cheese on top. Mix eggs, salt, milk and mustard. Pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. You can bake this the night before at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate and bake before serving for 20 minutes.
