SUNDAY BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
8 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. sausage
2 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 can mushroom soup

Place cubed bread on the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan, (sprayed with Pam). Fry sausage (crumbled), drain and spread over cubed bread. Sprinkle the sausage with grated cheese. Mix together milk, eggs, dry mustard and a little pepper and pour over cheese, sausage and bread. Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight. Before baking mix 1/2 cup milk with 1/2 can mushroom soup. Spread over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for two hours.
