SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
4 apples, cut, diced (Granny Smith)
6 oz. can unsweetened apple juice (Senaca)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 deep pie shells

Boil apple juice. Take off heat, add cinnamon and nutmeg and cornstarch; pour over apples. Stir. Pour into pie shell, cover with second pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Then at 300 degrees until brown.
