POTATO SOUP 
1 bunch celery
2 green peppers
2 onions
8 potatoes
4 carrots
Turkey ham roll
1 pt. potato buds
Lemon and pepper seasoning
1 pt. heavy cream

Wash celery, green pepper, and onion; drain and chop. Put in a large kettle and cover with water. Cook about 1/2 hour. Add diced turkey ham, peeled and diced potato, and peeled and diced carrot; cook 1/2 hour. Add potato buds; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add seasoning to taste and cream.
