ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. nuts or chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars; add eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla; mix. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cake tests done. Spread topping over warm cake.

TOPPING:

2 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together. Add more powdered sugar to thicken.
