1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Mix cake mix, egg and butter and put into 9 x 13 pan. Beat cream cheese, eggs and confectioners sugar until creamy and pour over first layer.

Bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
