NUT COVERED CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 oz. blue cheese
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chopped pimento

Let cheese soften to room temperature. Blend cheese together. Stir in garlic salt, pimento, green pepper and chill until firm. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
