NOODLE PUDDING | |
1/2 lb. broad flat noodles, cook with salt water 1/4 lb. softened butter 1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. raisins (softened by soaking in water) 2 MacIntosh apples or Delicious apples, sliced thin 1 c. sour cream 16 oz. pkg. cottage cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 to 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients. Place in well greased casserole (1 1/2 quart). Sprinkle with coarsely crushed corn flakes on top. Then sprinkle small amount of sugar and cinnamon on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. |
