E - Z STIRRED PIE CRUST 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. melted Parkay
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Add liquids to flour. Stir with fork until all flour is moistened, being careful not to overmix. Form a ball, divide in half. Roll dough between two 12 inch pieces of waxed paper.
