HAMBURGER-CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. chopped pimientos 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. med. noodles (cooked and drained) 1 can cream of mushroom soup TOPPING: 1 c. bread crumbs 3 tsp. melted butter Lightly brown beef and onions, then add all other ingredients, except topping. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix in 1 cup bread crumbs and 3 teaspoon melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
