APPLE PAN EGGS
1/4 c. butter
1 apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (I use 2 apples)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 425°F. Put butter and apple slices into a 9-inch Pyrex pie pan. Place in 425°F oven for about 5 minutes to melt butter and soften apples. Beat flour and milk into eggs with a whisk, leaving batter slightly lumpy. Pour batter over butter and apples.

Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Pass mixture of cinnamon and sugar or syrup, if desired.
