GOBBLIN HASH | |
1 lb. sausage 2 cans kidney beans 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix 1 egg 2/3 c. milk 2 1/2 tsp. water 1 tsp. chili powder Fry sausage until brown; drain. Set aside. Leave 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Add onions, garlic and 1/2 chili powder, saute until tender. Add beans and sausage and put into casserole. Mix cornbread with egg, milk and chili powder. Put on top of beans, etc. in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until cornbread is done. |
