SHED TOWN HASH 
6 potatoes, skins left on, quartered
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in chunks
2 tsp. A-1 Sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder

Place as many potatoes with skins on as you want in bottom of baking dish. Cut in quarters. Add onions and green peppers. Skin sausage and lay on top. Mix A-1 Sauce, butter, and garlic powder. Pour over top and mix through. Ten minutes before removing from oven; put cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours.
