TWINKIE DESSERT 
4 pkgs. Twinkies
2 boxes of orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple (save juice)
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut Twinkies in half lengthwise and place in pan, cut side up. Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple juice, ice cream and 7-Up. Fold in pineapple and pour mixture over cut Twinkies. Chill.
