SHIRLEY'S CHOKES 
1 tin artichokes hearts (14-16 count)
1/2 c. mayonnaise (light mayonnaise may be used)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic (opt.)

Place artichoke hearts on cookie sheet (trim them to stand). Mix cheese, mayonnaise and garlic and top each artichoke heart with 1 teaspoon mixture. Put under broiler for 2 minutes until browned. Watch constantly. Serves 4 to 6.
