DUTCH POTATO SALAD 
4 slices bacon
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Cut bacon fine and fry. Brown onion in fat, add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Then add potatoes and parsley. Heat thoroughly or bake in oven 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4.
