HERBED FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 c. herbed croutons
Italian salad dressing

Score the steak. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and saute until almost tender. Add Worcestershire sauce and croutons, mixing well. Place stuffing on steak and roll up jelly roll fashion; securing with wooden picks. Place steak in greased, shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with Italian dressing.
