HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger, cooked and drained
5 med. carrots, sliced thinly
5 med. potatoes, sliced thinly
Onion, sliced thinly, to desired taste

Arrange above ingredients in layers, carrots first as they take longest to cook; then hamburger, then potatoes, then onions, then last of potatoes to cover onions. Then add:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Water to cook bottom vegetables (1/2 a soup can)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook at 350 to 375 degrees depending on oven for 1 hour, or until all vegetables are tender. Serves 8.
