VEGETABLE BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. raw ground beef 2 c. chopped cabbage 4 med. potatoes, chunked 4 carrots, sliced 1 sm. onion, sliced 1 stalk celery, sliced 1 can tomato soup 3/4 c. water In a large casserole dish, layer the ingredients in this order: meat, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Dilute soup with the water and pour over the top. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
