ART'S EGG DISH 
2 c. milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
1 lb. bacon, cut and fried
1/2 c. butter (1/4 lb.)
4 c. cubed bread (2 slices bread = 1 c.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Line dish with buttered bread. Cover with grated cheese. Pour in eggs and milk; mix. Top with bacon. 13x9 dish. Bake 40-50 minutes, 325 degree oven. Serves 6.
