CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hashbrowns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
Top with: 1 c. crushed cornflakes 1/4 c. butter

Combine ingredients; for topping. Melt butter and mix with crushed cornflakes and sprinkle on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
