ROUND STEAK IN FOIL 
2 lb. Round steak
3 med. potatoes, sliced
1 lg. onion
Butter
Salt & pepper

Cut steak into serving pieces. Cut heavy-duty foil into 5 pieces, 15 inches long. Place one piece of steak on each piece of foil. Sprinkle with salt. Make layer of potatoes and layer of onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Roll foil, sealing edge well. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or grill for 45 minutes.
