BERTHA'S CASSEROLE 
1 can cut green beans
1 can white shoe-peg corn
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese

Mix all together and top with crushed cheese crackers and butter.

Bake till golden brown. 350°F about 40 minutes. Can be doubled for a large group.
