VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can french style green beans, drained
1 cup grated extra sharp cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper

Mix all of the above ingredients except the topping and put in a greased 11 x 7 inch casserole dish. Top with topping.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Serves 8.

Topping:

1 stick melted butter
1 stack Ritz Crackers, crushed
slivered almonds
