BAKED SQUASH 
2 c. cooked, mashed, squash, well drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 sm. can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Add enough milk to make the above ingredients the consistency of pumpkin pie filling. Put in a small buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven, until when tested, a knife blade comes out clean. The top is slightly brown.
