NEW ORLEANS BRISKET | |
Brisket Celery salt Garlic Onion Bottle Liquid Smoke Cattlemens barbecue sauce Place brisket in glass pan (fat side up). Score fat side and sprinkle generously with celery salt. Slice garlic and onion and place between scored sections on top. Pour bottle of Liquid Smoke over top. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook baste and bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours or until tender. When almost done, remove from oven and add barbecue sauce. Return to oven for another half hour. |
