OVERNIGHT BRISKET 
Select 1 lean beef brisket
Celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. liquid smoke

Rub both sides of brisket with the 3 salts. Mix together the next 2 ingredients and pour over the brisket.

Marinate overnight in 9 x 11 inch pan. Covered in refrigerator. Put in oven next day, leave cover on, 225 degrees, slow oven and cook all day.
