MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 - 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can Franco American gravy (beef)
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 can water

Mix beef, eggs, bread crumbs and onion soup mix. Roll in small balls and brown in pan. Add Franco American gravy, mushroom or celery soup and water. Simmer until done. Good over rice or noodles.
