MARCIA GIBBS' EASY MIX ROLLS 
2 c. boiling water
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
6-7 c. flour

Combine water, shortening, and sugar. Cool to about 110 degrees. Add yeast, eggs, salt, baking powder, and flour. Let rise 2 hours or until double. Shape rolls circle and fold over and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Large batch.
