PUMPKIN CREAM PIE 
2 c. cold milk
2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello instant pudding
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. thawed whip topping
1 baked pie shell

Combine milk, pudding, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and whip topping in deep, narrow bottomed bowl.

Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour in pie shell.

Chill until set (at least 3 hours). Garnish with additional whip topping and pecans if desired.
