5 CUP FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mini-marshmallows
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin orange

Drain the juice from both cans of pineapple and orange. Mix the sour cream, marshmallows, coconut. Add the drained pineapple and orange; mix again. Allow to refrigerate an hour before serving.
