LOW SUGAR CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
2 boxes chocolate Nutrasweet pudding
1 box sugar free whipped topping (D-Zerta makes 4 c.)
1 c. flour
1 lb. butter, melted
3/4 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese (lower calorie than cream cheese), room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk (for pudding mix)
1 c. cold milk (for whipped topping mix)
1 tsp. vanilla (for whipped topping mix)

Mix together melted butter, flour and nuts. Crumble into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, chopping up crust frequently. Make whipped topping according to directions. Mix together Neufchatel, powdered sugar and 2 cups whipped topping.

Make chocolate pudding mix using only 3 cups milk.

When crust is cool, spread with Neufchatel mixture. Cover this layer with the pudding mixture. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Chill and serve cold.
