CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken pieces
2 frozen pkgs. broccoli stalks
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. ginger
Rice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In baking dish (9 x 13 inch), melt butter and roll chicken in it. Bake 30 minutes. Heat broccoli and cook 1 minute.

In bowl, stir soups, milk and ginger. Push chicken to 1 end and broccoli at other end of dish. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover with foil and bake another 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
