CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. crab meat (canned)
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. Melba toast crumbs
1 pimiento, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Heat milk and add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves four. And only about 88 calories per serving.
