CRAB MEAT CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
3 slices of toast
1 tsp. mustard
1 or 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
3/4 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix crab meat and egg with a fork. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly and shape into cakes. Fry in oil or butter.
