CRAB SALAD 
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 boiled eggs, lg.
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. beau monde seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 lb. crabmeat or imitation crab
1/2 c. of mayo

Combine chopped celery and onion. Cut up egg finely and stir in onion and celery.

Add diced crab meat, mix 1/2 teaspoon beau monde to ingredients and stir. Add mayo.

Chill and serve with crackers and chips.
