OVERNIGHT LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
1 c. frozen peas
2 tbsp. chopped scallion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Sprinkle of lemon pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon bits

Layer above ingredients as listed. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
