OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 lg. purple onion
1 lg. green pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 c. cheddar cheese

Remove outer leaves and break cauliflower into flowerets and place in large bowl. Add lettuce, peas, onion and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread over salad. Sprinkle all of bacon on top, then cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
