LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. soft butter
Dash salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press mixture into a 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

4 well beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix well and pour over slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
