LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix; put into 9x9 pan. Bake until light brown at 350 degrees about 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Grated lemon rind from 1 lg. lemon

Mix eggs, lemon juice, rind. Add sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pour into crust. Bake 25 minutes. Cool; frost.
