LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter

Melt butter. Add powdered sugar and flour. Pat out in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

4 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, then gradually add sugar and beat well. Add lemon juice and flour and baking powder. Pour over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cool, cut into squares.
