ZIZI'S LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
Dash of salt

Mix all together until you have a soft dough. Spread in a 9x13 inch ungreased pan and make an edge with dough. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind

Beat eggs and sugar. Add lemon juice, lemon rind and flour. Pour and spread over crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut after cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. These can be refrigerated.
